Dover-Foxcroft, Maine - Randall Charles Downing, 48, died unexpectedly July 1, 2025, at Northern Light Mayo Hospital, Dover-Foxcroft. He was born August 28, 1976, in Lincoln, the son of Guy and Sally (Seaver) Downing.
Randall loved life, going on rides to nowhere, getting lost in the woods, reading his favorite books, listening to music, and spending time with his daughter, family, and friends.
He is survived by his parents, Guy and Sally Downing of Dover-Foxcroft; daughter, Shyanne "Vinnie" Vincent of Guilford; sisters, Emily Pitman (Marc) of South Carolina, and Lisa Bruce (Paul) of Massachusetts, and their families; stepsons, Noah, Taylor, and Trey; and special friends, Beth and Doug Wetmore. He had a free spirit and soul and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A small private gathering for family and friends will be held to celebrate his life. Arrangements are in the care of Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at laryfuneralhome.com.
